Dealing with rust can be complex, and it can NEVER BE COMPLETELY ELIMINATED. Surface rust often points to a more significant underlying issue. The most effective way to stop rust is to eliminate its source and, when possible, replace affected components like corner and joiner weatherboard soakers, metal flashings, and fittings. Since nails can't be removed, any rust treatment we provide (depending on the stage of the rust) will only slow the process down. Rust may reappear in 3 weeks, 3 months, or even 3 years. Rest assured, if we identify advanced stages of rust, we will promptly notify the customer.

Certainly, it can be done. We're fortunate in the north to avoid extremely harsh winters. We meticulously monitor weather conditions to ensure the paint cures perfectly according to specifications, and we utilize special winter paints that dry and cure rapidly in colder temperatures. Plus, we have commercial diesel heaters on hand to accelerate the process if needed. The only potential drawback is that the project may take a bit longer due to shorter daylight hours, cooler temperatures, and increased precipitation during that time of year.
